This role supports the commercial underwriting and execution of alternative investments. Working directly under the senior partnership, the Associate will be responsible for technical financial modelling and the coordination of external legal diligence on direct acquisitions.
Profile: Two to four years of experience in middle-market private equity, investment banking or specialized private credit, with a demonstrable ability to run valuation models independently.
The role supports the mechanical infrastructure of the firm. The Accountant is responsible for multi-currency ledger oversight and the reconciliation of capital activity linked to the partnership’s private market commitments.
Profile: Active CPA (or equivalent) with three to five years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained in fund administration, Big Four accounting or a structured corporate treasury function.
